All my puppies are born in the house and stay in the house till they leave us!! They are well socialised with children, dogs, cats and a mental parrot. They are well used to household noises and are taken on short car trips from an early age, when they leave me they are well adjusted happy outgoing pups. All pups leave with a full Id folder, 12 weeks free insurance, puppy pack (including treats, toys etc), enough food for at least a month and have been fully wormed from 2 weeks of age, all pups are health checked before they leave. Full support is given to new owners for the rest of the dogs life. I maintain if you put the effort in when pups are young you get healthy balanced dogs in later life. I do not have a puppy contract for new owners as they arent worth the paper they are written on Im afraid (unless drawn up by solicitors), nor are pups neutered as they need their hormones for growing!! But I do expect honesty and truthfulness from new puppy owners. References are available from previous puppy owners
